Ordering, Shipping, Returns
Ordering
Place your order by email. State item #, species name, locality, and price. Include your name, email address,
and phone number. You may pay by personal check, certified check, money order, or by PayPal. All
payments must be in U.S. Dollars, with personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank. Postage, insurance, and sales
tax (if applicable) will be added to all orders. We will confirm your order and the total amount due by email.
All specimens are subject to prior sale. Checks must clear before order will be shipped.
Shipping
All specimens (over $100 in value) will be sent fully insured by U.S. Priority Mail; outside of the U.S.-
airmail, parcel post. Insurance covers loss only, not shipping damage. If your order should arrive damaged,
immediately place a claim with your post office and then notify us.
Returns
Any specimen that you do not find satisfactory may be returned within 10 days for a refund (less shipping
charges). All items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels, packaged safely, and fully
insured.
Reserving Specimens
We will hold a specimen for seven days on your request. If payment for your order is not received within
seven days of your request, the specimen will be returned to "for sale" status. Please reserve only those
specimens that you are seriously considering.
